Gord developed many of his ideas for child photography while photographing family. He believes, “one of the great joys in my life is interacting with and photographing children. If I can create images that reflect that joy, I am extremely happy.” Gord’s method is to set up a play area with good light and interesting toys. He also likes to use outdoor settings, beaches, woods, trails or rock formations. While the children and parents interact and enjoy one another, he clicks the shutter. The results are wonderful.
