Gord’s interest in photography began in his early 20’s when he used his first SLR to take pictures and a darkroom to develop them. His passion has been renewed with the digital age and having a darkroom on his computer without the chemicals really appeals to him.

His involvement with The Toronto Camera Club, since 2004, has inspired his photography, and most importantly, his interest in Portrait Photography.

In his years with the Toronto Camera Club, Gord was on the Board of Directors (five years), including two years as President; developed and delivered a Basic Photography Course for new members, and organized numerous seminars and workshops on portrait and studio photography.
